1. Sampling freshly mixed concrete

   Every later test sits on ASTM C172. If the sample is wrong, the rest of the battery is theatre.

2. Temperature and slump

3. Air content — pressure and volumetric identity

   The method is the test. Do not convert a pressure reading into a volumetric story.

5. Sequence, equipment and the report

   Study fresh-concrete sampling sequence alongside temperature, slump, air, and density procedures, then connect both to field decisions and documentation.

   Practice under controlled timing

   Use short lookup drills first, then mixed review. Track missed concepts and slow retrievals separately so each can be corrected.

5. 05

   Recheck before exam day

   Return to the credentialing body for last-minute policy or reference changes. Do not rely on a third-party summary for current exam administration.
